TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

This contract is a distance contract pursuant to Article 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 6 September 2005 no. 206 (Consumer Code). The contract has as its object the sale of goods between Giorgio Lodolo and the consumer (the customer). The contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by the customer of a purchase proposal issued through the pages of this website. The sale is aimed at consumers over the age of eighteen and to persons who can be considered consumers according to the regulations in force. The sale takes place in compliance with the regulations in force regarding electronic commerce.

Conditions of sale

Purchases of the works, available as illustrated and described online in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets, are made by the customer at the price indicated on the site, at the time of sending the order confirmation, in addition to transport costs, as accepted at the time of purchase. The customer can choose, by browsing exclusively through the pages of the online catalog, the products of interest and add them to the cart specifying the provisional quantity to purchase. Once the evaluation of the works in the catalog is complete, it is possible to follow the purchase procedure by viewing the cart, modifying the items present and/or the quantities. Using a specific button, you will then proceed to the next step where you will be asked for the billing and shipping data (if different from the previous ones) in order to process the order and the necessary contact details. For previously registered customers, it is possible to recover your account data. Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be shown a summary of the unit cost of each chosen product, the total cost in the case of multiple products and the related shipping costs and, if the prices are net of VAT, the total VAT. Finally, the order will be confirmed and you will be taken instantly to the payment page. At the end of the payment operation, the outcome of the operation will be displayed. Confirmation of order forwarding and receipt of payment are followed by an email notification to the customer.

Delivery of the works

The purchased products will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer. Always indicate a telephone number for any communications or emails (delivery time within 10 working days). The customer is required to verify that the package is intact and undamaged. Only after this verification will the customer have to accept delivery. In the event that the package represents visual anomalies with respect to what is stated above, the customer must raise the dispute directly with the carrier, do not collect the goods and send an email through the site, or contacting Giorgio Lodolo.

Payment methods

Payment for the purchased works and the related shipping costs must be made by the customer when forwarding the order confirmation by advance bank transfer, using one of the credit cards or a PayPal account. The online atelier is not aware of, nor does it record or block in any way the data of credit cards and/or Paypal accounts.
